2 Challenge


In a time where smartphones and tablets reign supreme, sales executives from Volvo truck dealers were still using paper to generate orders for their customers. The risk of losing information during any given process was high, especially when dealing with written information simply floating around on a sheet of paper.

3 Result


The solution was to automate this process using an app in which truck dealers & consultants could place orders and track results quickly and efficiently using their iPads. This also enabled managers to follow along in real time and subsequently track the results and performances of sales executives and truck dealers Through a manager dashboard they had access to constantly updated information.
